Can You Eat A 4-Pound Taco?

In celebration of National Taco Day on Tuesday, Oct. 4, Chevys Fresh Mex, at its Clifton and Linden locations will launch the No Mas Taco Challenge – where guests must conquer a four-pound taco in 30 minutes or less for the chance to win free tacos for a year and major bragging rights.

The No Mas Taco is a four-pound monster filled with choice of Salsa Chicken, Picadillo Beef, Carnitas or Veggies topped with pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, lettuce and Jack cheese, all wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Guests beefed up enough to test their abilities must finish the taco in 30 minutes or less, and the first five guests at each restaurant to tackle the taco on Tuesday, Oct. 4 will win a gift certificate for free tacos for one year, plus a t-shirt to put their accomplishment on full display.
