After two separate drunk driving incidents in Union County in three years, a New Jersey State Trooper Sgt. with over 20 years on the job is forced to retire and has his pension reduced by 12 percent, according to nj.com.
Sgt. Joseph Lettieri plead guilty to driving while intoxicated during a hit-and-run accident in 2011 and a second accident involving his patrol car while off-duty this past December, according to nj.com.
