Fatal Stabbing In Union County Under Investigation
A reward of up to $10,000 via the Union County Crime Stoppers is being offered in connection with the crime.

ELIZABETH, NJ — Authorities are investigating a fatal stabbing of an Elizabeth woman over the weekend.
On Saturday, Aug. 26 at around 10:40 p.m., Elizabeth Police Officers were called to the area of Broadway and Front Street on reports of a fatal stabbing.
Police found the victim, 37-year-old Lakeisha Brooks of Elizabeth, who was taken to a local area hospital where she was subsequently pronounced dead.
