Friends of the Westfield Memorial Library’s 40th Annual Book Sale

Book donations are tax deductible.

Plans for the 2013 Book Sale are underway. The Friends of the Westfield Memorial Library invite you to donate your gently-used books on Thursday and Friday, April 11 and April 12, from 10AM to 3PM, and on Saturday, April 13, from 10AM to 1PM, at the Westfield Library, 550 East Broad Street.

The Friends’ Book Sale welcomes donations of adult and children’s hardcover and paperback books, CDs and DVDs in good, sellable condition.  VHS tapes, cassettes, records, encyclopedias, textbooks, condensed books, outdated or moldy books will not be accepted.

The Sale opens with a selection of about 30,000 books with a Members Only Preview on Wednesday, April 17, from 9AM to noon. Memberships will be available at the door.  The Sale is open to the public later on Wednesday, from 2 to 8 PM, and on Thursday and Friday, April 18 and April 19, from 10AM to 8PM.  All items are half-price on April 19.  Fill a bag with books for just $5 on Bag Day, Saturday, April 20, from 9:30AM to 1 PM.
