GWACC Launches App For Local Businesses

Westfield, NJ - Get everything you need to know about local businesses in the palm of your hand.

The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce has launched a free mobile app for members and the general public.

The GWACC is the first chamber in the region to develop an app of this kind, according to the GWACC.

The app offers coupons, specials, loyalty club benefits and push notifications (an automatic message that appears on the smart phone or tablet on a specified date or whenever a user's device is close to your location).

Packages for businesses looking to become involved begin at $20/month (with a six-month contract). If interested in learning more about the advertising packages, contact Heather Bryant.

The app also allows you to gain easy access to chamber information and membership account.

Here is a list of some features:

• Search the membership directory on the go
• Find a GWACC event
• Register and pay for an event
• Receive up-to-date event information with push notifications
• Make changes to your directory profile, including uploading pictures and video
• Make membership payments
• Search business-to-business deals
