The video in question was posted by the Long Island Audit and is more than 27 minutes long.
"Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, I was peacefully exercising my constitutional rights at the Motor Vehicle Commission In Rahway, New Jersey when I was confronted by security who called law enforcement and that’s when things really got out of hand," according to the description of the video.
The Long Island Audit is run Sean Paul Reyes who claims to be a Constitutional Activist and Investigative Journalist, according to his YouTube page.
Some of the issues Reyes' raises in the video include being questioned about whether the MVC property is private or public property, whether he can film on the property, having his hand in his pants which he refuses to remove, and a search of himself.
