Kean Ranked #1 Best Dorms Among NJ Public Universities: Niche.com

UNION, NJ — Kean University was ranked as number one for having the best dorms among public universities by Niche.com.

Kean came in second overall among all colleges in New Jersey but first in public universities. Princeton University, a private school, was ranked number one overall in New Jersey.

A total of 1,713 public and private, traditional four-year colleges and universities across the United States. were evaluated.

The colleges were ranked based on a comprehensive assessment of the quality, safety, and cost of on-campus housing. This grade takes into account key factors such as student housing crime rates, average cost, and student reviews in an attempt to measure overall quality of college housing options, according to Niche.com.
