With a greater inventory of homes as compared to last year and unbelievably low interest rates, the market is very active!
Buyers have come out in large numbers and have been paying at or above listing price. Average days on market is slightly down from last year, meaning that homes are selling quicker. Despite all of the national economic and housing forecasts to the contrary, the Westfield real estate market is very strong.
