New Cake Bakery To Open In Westfield On Sunday

WESTFIELD, NJ — The palette of restaurants and businesses in Downtown Westfield will now have one more: A bakery called Victoria's Cakes that's set to open on Sunday with a ribbon cutting.

"Hi everyone," said the owner of the forthcoming cafe on a new Instagram page last week. "Let me introduce myself! My name is Victoria and I am the creator of @victoriascakeofficial. I am French, moved in USA 3 years ago with my parents, and I am 21 years old. I am a recently graduated interior designer, a fashion lover and a real foodie. Let me know who you are; I would love to connect."

The owner describes it as a place for "cupcakes, French croissant, good coffee and French juices" and encourages people to come and enjoy coffee with friends.

The bakery will open Sunday at 11 a.m. at 409 Westfield Ave. with a ribbon cutting.
