Primary Election Results Certified In Westfield 2023 Council Race

The Union County Clerk certified vote totals in local elections this week, including in the Westfield race.

WESTFIELD, NJ — The final vote tally for the primary elections were certified on Monday, June 19, by the Union County Clerk. This did not change the projected election outcome.

Westfield voters headed to the polls on June 6 to cast ballots. Their choices this year included seats on the Town Council for all four wards.

Both Council races for Republicans and Democrats were uncontested in the primary election.

All of the candidates will now run for the one, four-year town council seat for each Ward in the general election on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
