Mark your calendars for September 15 for Presbyterian Church of Westfield’s annual event, Rally Day!
The theme “Come, Be Fed” will spotlight the many ways that the church feeds individuals spiritually and emotionally. We will also be serving a hearty continental breakfast, so you can literally be fed and share fellowship with other church members.

Rally Day is the traditional time to settle back into our regular routines after the summer break and commit anew to activities of church life for the year ahead. Tables will be set up with displays explaining various committees and commissions to allow members and friends know what’s available for their volunteer efforts and social and spiritual edification.
Sign up your children (and yourself) for Sunday school or for our special program, church on Wednesday (COW) that has become a weekly family event.

On Rally Day we will be collecting non-perishable food to support the Community Food Bank of New Jersey’s “Backpack Program” which benefits families in Westfield who suffer food insecurity. Partnering with the Westfield Rotary, we will provide a backpack’s worth of kid-friendly food to 10 anonymous children in our town. Only school staff knows which children take these care packages home to their families, ensuring that they will have enough food to get through the weekend.
Please help feed others as you come to Rally Day to learn more about ways to feed yourself!
Breakfast will be served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. There is a recommended donation of $5 per person or $10 per family for breakfast. Activities will keep the children occupied during breakfast. In case of rain, events will be in Assembly Hall.
