RLS - It's a Bargain!

Are you really getting the best bargain in your child's education?  At Redeemer School, we know that parents in this economy are anxious to know that they are getting the most for their money.  Here's why we believe that a Redeemer education is actually a great bargain for your educational dollar:

*Small class sizes mean that your child is part of a classroom with a teacher to student ratio that meets or exceeds many of the local preschools in the area.  State guidelines mandate one teacher for every ten children in the early childhood level, something we exceed by having two staff members on hand in each classroom of our early childhood students.  Your child is not alone.

*Lengthened teaching day - Comparatively speaking, Redeemer students have a longer school day than many of their counterparts.  A morning Kindergarten student in the local public school will attend class from 9:05 until 11:40.  Another nearby private school offers 9:00 to 11:30.  At Redeemer, our Morning Kindergarten begins at 9:00 AM and dismisses at 12:30.  A full extra hour each day!  And our full-day Kindergarten program dismisses at 3:15--well beyond the school day for most other K students!

*Longer school year - Many of the local preschools run a school year in anywhere from 155 to 170 days.  In fact, some preschools close their doors somewhere around Memorial Day in late May.  Not Redeemer!  We follow the public school calendars, not only for Kindergarten, but for early childhood classes, as well.  We welcome our students for 180 days of instruction--just like our public school counterparts.  That means your child gets extra days of school.  In some cases, a whole extra MONTH!  No additional charge for interim 'camp' experiences.  Your child is enrolled to attend right until the middle of June, dismissing for the summer alongside your older, public-school-educated children.

As you explore our school website, do the math!  Compare the costs, taking into consideration our lengthened school day and longer school year.  This is REDEEMER--the bargain you might not have realized all this time!
