RLS: 3-in-1 Extended Care

Redeemer School is unveiling our newest addition--our 3-in-1 Extended Day Care program!

Each day's extended care begins with Lunch Bunch, held between 11:45 and 2:00.  Hot lunch is available (for a fee) three days a week; your child can enjoy lunch, some quiet play, and mandatory rest time.

Enrichment classes for ALL begin at 2:00 each day.  There's no additional fee or sign-up required.  If your child attends, s/he is welcome to participate in each day's events.  Our current offerings are: Mondays - Puppets & Sign Language, Tuesdays - Computer Skills, Wednesdays - Science Fun, Thursdays - Cultures & Cooking, Fridays - Art classes!  Additionally, Music sessions are provided weekly, courtesy of Redeemer Church's Children's Choir, and 4's and 5's are invited to register for instrumental violin instruction, courtesy of Dr. Ted Schlosberg from the Westfield Workshop for the Arts.

The day ends with After Care.  For those who stay between 3:30 and 6:00pm, we provide snack, outdoor play (or indoor movement, if the weather is bad), Homework Club and periodic Kids' Clubs (like last year's popular Wild & Wacky Wednesday).

Fees for Extended Care are $8.00/hour and you can pick and choose what days and times suit your child best.  Whether it's once a week or every day, our 3-in-1 program offers something for EVERYONE and is open to all--Redeemer students, Redeemer church members and the community alike.
