Route 22 Toyota Service Center Breaks Ground
The facility is on track to be completed before the end of summer 2017.
HILLSIDE, NJ — On Thursday REDCOM Design & Construction LLC, the BRAM Auto Group and Hillside Township broke ground at the site of the new Route 22 Toyota Service Center at 1465 North Broad Street in Hillside.
Hillside Mayor, Angela R. Garretson, and Township Council members were in attendance, in addition to representatives from the BRAM Auto Group and REDCOM.
The new ground-up facility will be 33,355 sq. ft. in total and house a car wash, 24 service bays, two detail areas and three express lube stations.

The BRAM Auto Group hired REDCOM Design & Construction LLC for complete design/build construction services for this project. REDCOM’s team, consisting of Andres Romero (Design Engineer), Magdalena Krejza (Project Architect), John Cannata (Project Manager) and Catrina Alexandre (Assistant Project Manager), worked closely with the BRAM Auto Group to ensure the building received all township approvals and met their deadlines.
“We are excited to have more new construction in the Township,” said Mayor Garretson. “We are working with the group to demonstrate our commitment to development.”

“I’ve been here in Hillside for 23 years and I love the town and I support the town,” said Ignazio Giuffre, Owner of the Route 22 Toyota Service Center.
“We’ve had the pleasure of designing and building this new facility that is coming to Hillside,” said Greg Redington, President of REDCOM Design & Construction LLC. “The township and the Giuffre family have been a pleasure to work with and we’re really looking forward to the culmination of this project.”
Demolition is complete and site work has begun on the location with construction to begin in the coming weeks. The facility is on track to be completed before the end of summer 2017.
