Office Manager for Small Westfield Law Firm:

The Office Manager would have overall responsibility for managing the operations of the law office. This would include ordering office supplies, maintaining a small computer network, organizing and managing client documentation and files, bookkeeper functions including invoicing clients, paying bills and reconciling bank accounts. In addition, the office manager would provide paralegal support as needed. 

Job Requirements:

Experience in managing computer networks and Microsoft Office Software and WordPerfect. Bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Inbound Call Center: We are a small business that handles incoming sales calls for a few select companies. There is no outbound/cold calling required for this position. We simply give you a script to follow as calls come in and you will help close the callers on the offers they are calling in about. It is a very straight forward and simple process and, unlike outbound call centers, we only take calls from people that are calling us.

There will be a per-hour pay plus bonus, which can result in hourly pay of up to $20/hour. Our office is in downtown Westfield NJ, however there may be the ability to do some of the work remotely from home at some point. We are looking for 1-2 people to work 10-20 hours/week between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00, but the actual hours and days are flexible.
