Six Students Ace SAT, ACT Tests In Westfield

WESTFIELD, NJ - Six Westfield High School students recently achieved the highest score possible on portions of SAT and ACT standardized tests.

James Encinas, Spencer Rothfleisch, Julia Tompkins, John Czarnecki, Max Tennant and Matthew Siroty were congratulated by Westfield High School principal Dr. Derrick Nelson.

"It speaks volumes about your abilities and your commitment to your education,” he said.

Top scorers on the December:

• ACT are 11th graders Encinas (Science and STEM)
• Rothfleisch (Science)
• Tompkins (English and Reading)

Other top scorers include:

• Juniors Czarnecki for Math on the December SAT
• Max Tennant for Math, Science, STEM and English on the October ACT
• 12th grader Matthew Siroty for Math on the August SAT
