Sweet Sounds Summer Jazz Begins, Where to Celebrate Fourth of July This Week

• The 17th annual Sweet Sounds Downtown Jazz Festival kicks off Tuesday and will continue weekly through Aug. 27. Sponsored by the Downtown Westfield Corporation (DWC), the festival takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. each Tuesday, with raindates slated for the following evening.
