A 53-year-old California man was arrested in Elizabeth last month after $657,944 was found in a secret compartment of the tractor trailer he planned to take cross-county to buy drugs.
Juan Zepeda was arrested on Aug. 25 and is lodged in Union County Jail, according to nj.com.
