Union Twp. Animal Shelter Closed Following Suicide
Following a suicide of an employee inside the Union Township Animal Shelter, it has been closed until further notice.
UNION, NJ — The Union Township Animal Shelter is closed until further notice following a suicide of an employee on Tuesday.
An employee was found dead inside the shelter between noon and 1 p.m.
"At this time details are still developing. As soon as the police department gives the go ahead, we will pass along all pertinent information," Union Township officials announced.
