A video is now available for residents to see the 5 candidates vying for a spot on the Westfield Board of Education speaking.

WESTFIELD, NJ — A video is now available for residents to see the five candidates vying for a spot on the Westfield Board of Education speaking at the Candidate's Night forum on Oct. 18.
The Parent Teacher Council of the Westfield Public Schools hosted the forum with candidates Lynne Benner, Simon Cirasa, Kent Diamond, Anthony Marotta and incumbent Peggy Oster at Westfield High School.
Amisha Mehta, PTC Vice President, arranged for the informational evening, which was moderated by the League of Women Voters with questions submitted by the audience. The Westfield High School TV Department taped the event for community members who were unable to attend.

Liz Mulholland, Legislative Chair of the PTC, reports that early voting is now available in Westfield at the Colleen Fraser Building, 300 North Avenue East, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Early voting ends Nov. 6 at 3 p.m.
