Speakers Bureau Program Coordinator / Meeting Planner: Assist with details and planning activities of medical meetings/programs to meet program timelines.
•Provide excellent customer service/liaison with Pharmaceutical Sales representatives, Speakers, and internal staff
•Outbound and inbound calling to secure Speakers and confirm event details
•Maintain/update attendee information
•Provide confirmation to Sales Representatives, Speakers, and venue locations 
•Follow-up on all requests made by Sales Representatives and Speakers 
•Coordinate and confirm all logistics related to speaking engagements
•Maintain database of all costs and program details 

Requirements:
•Meeting planning / Event planning experience

Electrician Needed: I am looking to hire an electrician for a small project. 
This project involves working on a 350 sq. foot hair salon. The Space has a drop ceiling. I am looking to meet with you for an accurate estimate Wed Feb 13, 2013 at Westfield, NJ Space. Job to begin as soon as permits are filed. 

Summary of Work:
1) Install 2-20Amp circuits to each work station.
2) Install 2-GFI at sink locations.
3) Install approx. 3 convenience receptacles around salon.
4) Install 2- Chandeliers (Labor Only).
5) Install 2-scones hanging in windows.(Labor Only)
6) Install 2- wall scones.(Labor Only)
7) Install 2- Track fixtures. (Labor Only)
8) Install 1- combo unit exit/emergency fixture.
9) Install 1-emergency fixture.
10) Install 1 -- exit fixture.
11) Relocate 6 bank of switches for gym to new wall.
12) Install 8 high hats. 

Job pays cash. Must be able to file for all permits.
