The networking presentation tackles how to enter the hidden job market via contacts that job hunters have, although they are often unaware of them. The Internet has made applying for jobs easier, but it has actually made competition for them much stiffer.

Both programs are free and open to Westfield Memorial Library and MURAL cardholders. (MURAL cardholders belong to libraries that are part of the Middlesex Union Reciprocal Agreement Libraries. Check our website to see if your library participates.) Participants must register for the program, visit the library’s website at www.wmlnj.org, click on the Online Calendar, or call 908.789.4090 ext 0.
