WESTFIELD, NJ — Mayor Shelley Brindle said Tuesday night that she and Chief Christopher Battiloro will hold a Facebook Live discussion on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., addressing topics including:

  • Recent police activity in town
  • Halloween guidance
  • Some of the department’s current initiatives
  • And more.

Questions can be submitted in advance online, or during the program via the Facebook Live comments.

Last week, the mayor and chief sent out a release talking about "dozens of teens — estimated to be up to 100 at times" gathering at Mindowaskin Park after sundown, causing vandalism and other problems.
