Westfield Student Arrested For Attack Near Lehigh University: Reports
Brian Githens, 20, is facing felony burglary charges, plus assault charges in conjunction with a Nov. 8 incident, reports say.

A college student from Westfield has been arrested on felony charges after authorities say he broke into an off-campus home and assaulted a man near Lehigh University.
According to a report by the Morning Call, Brian Githens, 20, told authorities he was attempting to retaliate for an alleged attack on a fraternity president when he went to the wrong house on Nov. 8.
Githens is facing felony burglary charges, plus assault charges.

LehighValleyLive.com reports that the victim was sleeping when Githens allegedly broke into his house, came into his bedroom and hit him in the head. The victim suffered a concussion and a split lip, the report said.
The incident is under investigation by police in Bethlehem, Pa.
