Westfield, NJ – The Robert Treat Delicatessen, a family-owned staple in Westfield for over three decades, today announced that it will be honoring the memory of Jack Kasich this Friday, November 1, from 7:00-9:00 am ET.
Kasich, the patriarch of the family that has owned the deli since 1978, passed away on October 11 at the age of 91. The Jersey City, NJ native served in France in World War II and was a fixture at “The Treat” for years.
The celebration of Jack’s life will include complimentary coffee for all guests and the reading and presentation of a resolution by Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick.
