No MoJo

This is for all you people sitting at home who lost their mojo over the summer.

This is for all you people sitting at home who lost their mojo over the summer.  Get up, get out and do something!  

Did you know that human beings are inheritably lazy?  That‘s right the more you sit the more you want to sit.  The more crap food you put into your body the more crap food you crave.  So stop avoiding the gym, stop avoiding the track, and stop pretending you are going to go on a diet.  Get up, get out and do something!  Throw yourself off the couch put your shoes on and get out of that house.  When you see all the green outside you may realize that is how you should be eating.  It will hurt the first few days but you’ll survive. Without the struggle there is no progress.  So if  you lost your mojo this summer get up, get out and do something!  If you are out already go next door and get your neighbor.
