The Plan
My problem is I try to wing a resolution instead of coming up with a plan. So this year's plan which you are welcome to follow is easy.
The New Year has come in quietly. There is no talk about resolutions or even simple solutions that will somehow make improvements to our way of life in the coming year. That must be a relief for most of us considering the average resolution lasts about a month. I’m sure we all know the most used resolution is centered on health more specifically weight lose. I have even been a victim of this myself. I have made a weight lose resolution for the last few new years and had little success. My problem is I try to wing a resolution instead of coming up with a plan. So this year’s plan which you are welcome to follow is easy. However, if you do not lose weight we will chalk it up to a bad New Year’s resolution. Here is my plan:
1. Eat more lean protein, fruits, vegetables and fats.
2. Eliminate sugar and white flour.
3. Keep something prepared in the refrigerator to eat.
4. Once per week have a meatless day.
5. At a restaurant choose a salad and appetizer or the entrée only.
6. I will learn to enjoy simpler meals (no sauce or gravy).
Good Luck!
Planning and organization destroys frustration.
