Timology - Back to Reality
We have all become creatures of habit and anything that disrupts our schedules sends us into a tailspin, especially when it pertains working out, and even more so when it comes to what we eat.
No, I didn't fall of the face of the earth. I actually thought it would be better to take a break until the power was restored. I hope everyone reading this has been fortunate enough to have everything in their lives back in order. Let's pray that the rest of Sandy's family chooses to stay at sea.
We have all become creatures of habit and anything that disrupts our schedules sends us into a tailspin, especially when it pertains working out, and even more so when it comes to what we eat. I would love to say I made a lot of bad food choices during the aftermath of the storm, but that wouldn't be the truth... I just didn't care. Whatever was easiest to prepare during the blackout was my first choice. I'm sure most of you felt the same way. So now that we have lights, hot water, and no more lines at the gas station, it's time to get back into our routine of eating healthy and exercising.
If at first you don't succeed, try again!
