BREAKING: North Jersey Man Stabbed Himself, Found Bleeding In Elementary School: Cops

A N.J. man has "life-threatening injuries "after he found stabbed himself, and was later found in an elementary school, bleeding.

A N.J. man who stabbed himself was found in an elementary school, bleeding, police said.

A custodian at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School 10 called police after finding the 37-year-old on the floor bleeding around early Wednesday, according to NBC10.

The man’s name has not been released, and NJ.com reports he has no connection to the school.

Police told The Record that the man, who lives on Harrison Street in Passaic, had stabbed himself and walked down to the school.

The man had stab wounds to his neck, chin and lower abdomen, according to the report. He’s undergoing surgery for life-threatening injuries.

Officials said the school is safe, notting that the incident didn’t take place inside the school, the report said.
