Register to Vote

This year's general election is coming on November 6, but the deadline to register is October 16.

Residents of any Bergen County town can register at the county clerk's office or the board of elections at One Bergen County Plaza in Hackensack. The county elections office is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

Westwood residents can register at the borough clerk's office in the Municipal Complex. The office of the clerk is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In Washington Township, the clerk's office in the Municipal Complex is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The clerk's office will hold extended hours for residents who need to register on October 16 from 4:30 to 9 p.m.

Hillsdale residents can register to vote at Borough Hall between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. They will also hold extended hours October 16 until 9 p.m.
