Accused Edison Heroin Dealer Indicted in Drug Death
An Edison man who police say provided heroin that caused the death of another township man was indicted Tuesday.

Edison, NJ - An Edison man who police say sold the drugs that caused the death of another township man earlier this year was indicted Tuesday by a Middlesex County grand jury for causing that man's death.
Police say that Emile Constable Jr., 25, of Edison, sold 10 bags of heroin to Aniq Ali, 23, also of Edison. Each bag contained approximately one gram of heroin. Constable was arrested on February 25 after toxicological testing showed that Ali died on February 24, after ingesting fentanyl and heroin.
Constable was indicted Tuesday for one count of first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, one count of third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, one count of third degree possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, one count of fourth degree hindering and one count of third degree hindering.
