Tusk has been criss-crossing the country for over 15 years as The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute. But of all the Fleetwood Mac tributes playing around the United States today, what exactly sets Tusk apart? Is it more than five skilled professionals turned masters of their trade through decades of individual musical study, live performance, creative risk, and devotion to the art? Is it more than their affection and respect for the Fleetwood Mac experience, an entity that continues to endure over 50 years of musical and cultural evolution? Is it more than vocal similarities, common physical traits, or good costumes? To be sure, one does not fare well in the tribute scene without displaying some or all of these characteristics. So what qualities does Tusk possess that can’t be learned, bought, or created simply from a desire to have them? Chemistry. Synergy. Intuition. The relationship among the five founding members of Tusk has a rich history that goes back more than four decades. Two met while playing Little League baseball. Two others met in middle school band and marched in lockstep through high school. All five have been playing music with one another over the years in various configurations of original bands, jam bands, singer-songwriter circles, and alternative rock groups. Time, trust, and close friendship have cultivated an intimate familiarity with each other’s musical nuances, shaping each performance with such precision that even the slightest variation, virtually imperceptible to all but the five musicians sharing the stage, is met with a wink and a nod, and usually an inside joke. Tusk is more than a band; they are a family. Experience the wonder of a Tusk show for yourself.

Cone9Colab and guest artists making art that is born out of the lesser, the bare necessities. Rather than relying on the false abundance of materials, devices, information and whatnot, we focus on the essentials: simplicity, back to the roots, embracing the non-processed, imperfect and untamed material & process inspired in the moment. Material matter! lessISmore means mixed-media & inclusiveness by definition; within # 3 , we are focusing on another piece of the puzzle: one of the mother-materials known to mankind of all: clay. Merging the clay’s chronological timeline of 280 million years (e.g, granite) and ours (+/-90 years), a beautiful testimony of more and more about the lesser less in the flow emerges for the seeing eye and observing mind.

Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery

Saddle up for a uniquely South Jersey adventure! Auburn Road Vineyards, Cowtown Rodeo, Bullhide Brewery and Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters have teamed up to create Covered Wagon Tours, an unforgettable experience that combines the beauty of South Jersey’s vineyards and horse country with wine, craft beer, Western shopping and great food.
Beginning at Auburn Road Vineyards, guests will get a taste of the region with a wine tasting and vineyard tour before climbing aboard a covered wagon for a leisurely journey through the vineyard and the expansive horse and cattle pastures surrounding Cowtown. Along the way, a tour guide will narrate the experience as guests take in scenic views, watch horses gallop through the fields and see cattle grazing across the hills.
The wagon journey continues to Bullhide Brewery, where guests will tour the brewery and sample a selection of locally crafted microbrews made onsite. From there, it’s just a short trip next door to Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters and The Marketplace, where visitors can browse Western boots, apparel and accessories and perhaps even find the perfect custom cowboy hat.
Then it’s back aboard the covered wagon for the return journey to Auburn Road Vineyards, where guests can relax with another glass of wine and enjoy the vineyard’s wood-fired pizza. The approximately three-hour experience is $35 per person and includes a wine tasting at Auburn Road Vineyards and a microbrew beer tasting at Bullhide Brewery. Tours are weather permitting, with ticket fees refunded if a tour is canceled due to inclement weather. Well-behaved and closely supervised children are welcome, making Covered Wagon Tours an experience that can be enjoyed by families as well as adults.
Guests are encouraged to make a separate reservation at Auburn Road Vineyards if they would like to reserve a table before or after their wagon tour to enjoy wine and wood-fired pizza.
*Available Tour Dates are subject to change. Please see website for availability.
