Fords Man, 35, ID'd In Fatal Woodbridge New Year's Day Fire

The body of Jedidiah Timm, 35, was found in a garage fire that broke out in the Fords section on the afternoon of New Year's Day.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — On Thursday, Woodbridge police and the Middlesex County prosecutor announced that a local 35-year-old man has been identified as the person who died in this garage fire in the Fords section on New Year's Day.

Jedidiah Timm, 35, of the Fords section of Woodbridge has been identified by the Middlesex County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office as the victim. The fire was reported in a garage on the 100 block of Poplar Street in the Fords section at 5:40 p.m. Jan. 1, in the area of Dunbar Avenue.

The body of the deceased man was located in the garage area after the flames were put out, said police.
