Middlesex County Teacher Charged with Sex Assault of Girl, 15
A married school teacher who lives in the Keasbey section of Woodbridge was arrested Tuesday.

Woodbridge, NJ - A married school teacher who lives in the Keasbey section of Woodbridge was arrested Tuesday after Bergen County prosecutors say he lured and subsequently sexually assaulted a 15-year-old Bergen County girl.
Neal E. Ziskind, 35, was arrested at the Academy for Allied Health and Biomedical Sciences, where he teaches. The school, located in Woodbridge, is part of the Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High School District.
The alleged underage sex assault happened 12 days earlier, on June 3 in New Milford, New Jersey. New Milford police got a tip that a 15-year-old girl had been sexually assaulted in the borough and that obscene images had been exchanged, reports NJ.com.

Ziskind was charged with endangering the welfare of a child for the manufacturing of images of child exploitation, sexual assault, luring, endangering the welfare of a child, and promoting obscene material, authorities said.
Ziskind's bail was set at $250,000 with no 10 percent option. He is to have no contact with the girl and must surrender his passport if released on bail. He is also not to report back to school property in Woodbridge until he meets with school officials.
