No Charges for Driver Who Killed Boy, 11
The driver who hit and killed an 11-year-old boy skateboarding Friday evening in Edison has not been charged with any crime.

Edison, NJ - The driver who hit and killed an 11-year-old boy skateboarding Friday evening in Edison has not been charged with any crime, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey said Monday.
Askari Moore was killed when he was struck by a car while skateboarding in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the township. The boy, who live on Reading Road at the Durham Woods apartments, was pronounced dead at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick at 7:18 p.m. Friday night, May 20.
The driver was driving a 2009 Honda Accord, prosecutors say. He hit the boy at about 7 p.m. The identity of the driver is being withheld at this time since no charges have been filed.
