Tales of the Weird & Strange in New Jersey

Escape the Ordinary with historian Rochelle Christopher as she takes us on a journey discussing New Jersey’s bizarre and often odd history @7pm on Wednesday, June 24 @ the Woodbridge Main Library. Ms. Christopher will tell us where to go and what to see in this engaging presentation about the peculiar and obscure in our most wondrous state. Topics will include the origins of the New Jersey Devil, the mystery of New Jersey’s state song, the ill-fated SS Morro Castle and other Jersey curiosities.

Rochelle Christopher, an independent historian, who is not affiliated with the Weird New Jersey Travel brochure or magazine, has an affinity for the unusual and is willing to share her adventures on the road looking for the offbeat oddity.
