Community Blood Services supplies blood products to more than 20 hospitals in New Jersey, including 100 percent of the blood used at Hackensack University Medical Center, Bergen Regional Medical Center and St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center. Your donation may save the life of a friend, neighbor or relative!
Any healthy individual between 17 and 75 and weighing at least 110 pounds can donate. Schedule an appointment in advance at the reference desk or by phone (201-891-4866, option 2) or just walk into the bloodmobile parked right outside the library.
