Early Registration Special and Sponsorship Opportunities Available for Gala

Each year, Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) holds its A Celebration of Excellence gala, CHCC’s largest fundraising event. While it is not an annual practice to honor individuals or organizations, CHCC has identified and recognized key community leaders for their legacy of service, leadership, and commitment to our communities. The David F. Bolger Award for Service and Leadership was established in 2013, and is presented during A Celebration of Excellence held every fall.

To take advantage of the advance registration special, which is a discounted table of 10 for $2,000 instead of $2,500, the RSVP deadline is Friday, September 23. 2016. In addition, there are many sponsorship opportunities available, including a Diamond Sponsor for $20,000; a Platinum Sponsor for $15,000; a Gold Sponsor for $10,000; and Silver Sponsor for $7,500. Individual tickets are $250 each, and the RSVP date is Friday, October 7.

Ad journal sponsorship opportunities include the center spread for $10,000; Humanitarian for $5,000;, Leader for $4,000; Ambassador for $3,000; Advocate for $2,000; Leader for $4,000; Ambassador for $3,000; Advocate for $2,000; Supporter for $1,000; and Friend for $500. All camera-ready artwork must be received by Friday, September 23.

This year’s honorees will be Senator Kevin J. O’Toole, R-40, and LAN Associates of Midland Park. A Celebration of Excellence will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at The Venetian in Garfield. All funds raised from the event will benefit continued renovations to CHCC’s Longview Assisted Living Residence, including The Courtyard – a dedicated space for memory support and early dementia/Alzheimer’s.
