Franklin Lakes Therapist Faces More Sexual Assault Charges
Troy R. Leonard, 31, was charged with two more counts of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

A special education consultant who was charged last month with sexual assault and health care fraud is facing additional additional charges, authorities said.
Troy R. Leonard, 31, of Franklin Lakes, was arrested and charged Nov. 13 with three counts each of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, and 38 counts of health care claims fraud, Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch previously said.
Leonard was charged Wednesday, in two criminal complaints, with two counts each of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child and one count of health care fraud, Koch said.

The new complaints allege that on various dates from 2011 to 2015 Leonard engaged in sexual contact with two young patients at various locations throughout New Jersey, Koch said.

Leonard also knowingly submitted false or fraudulent claims to insurance companies to be reimbursed for services he never provided, authorities allege.
Leonard was remanded to Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility on $325,000 bail on the charges filed against him in November. His bail on the two criminal complaints filed Wednesday was set at $200,000, authorities said.
Leonard was scheduled to make his first appearance in Sussex County Superior Court Thursday.
