PRO Martial Arts just opened in Waldwick, bringing with it a unique curriculum based on the Korean disciplines of Tang Soo Do, Taekwondo, and Hapkido. More than a martial arts school, they have a central Life Skills Program which teaches the importance of values of character development: respect, manners, confidence, attitude and discipline.
When I visited, I noticed the stress on Character Development right from the start of the class. The Little Rhinos came in and got rewards on their sticker sheet for good attendance and behavior.
