ShopRite Application Back Before Planning Board Tonight
First testimony in case in over two months.
Testimony is expected to be heard by the Wyckoff Planning Board for the first time in over two months on the Inserra Supermarkets application to build a 62,174-square-foot ShopRite on the corner of Wyckoff and Greenwood Avenues.
At the last Planning Board session on April 13th testimony was halted because of concerns that an earlier scheduled meeting on March 16th was improperly cancelled and the community was not adequately informed of the April 13th meeting.
A question was also raised on April 13th that one property owner within 200 feet of the application site hasn’t been given sufficient and proper notice of the ongoing hearings.

“That property was the subject of a real estate closing on July 29th of last year. That property had changed hands right after the initial property owner’s notice list,” said attorney Robert Inglima of Munico Associates, which owns the Boulder Run complex. “That condition continues today. Someone that owns property within 200 feet did not receive notices on at least three occasions.”
The Planning Board meeting will be held in Town Hall at 7:30 p.m.
