The suspected of robbing Hartgers Jewelers of over $1 million in Rolex watches and other jewels on Saturday led to kudos for first responders from many Patch readers. The suspected robbers were caught after a quick pursuit south on Rt. 208 by police officers from Wyckoff.   Assisting Police departments were Franklin Lakes, Hawthorne, Midland Park, Ridgewood, Mahwah, Allendale, Bergen County Sheriff's, and Passaic County Sheriff's. But in the wake of the pursuit some Patch readers have questioned if high speed chases are warranted if there's no immediate risk to life. What do you think?
