Wyckoff Library to Hold Yoga for Adults Class Oct. 1
The cost for the introductory class is $12 and participants will have a chance to register for five additional yoga classes for $60.

Are you stressed, out of shape, out of sorts? Would you like to gain muscle tone and feel more
peaceful?
The Wyckoff Free Public Library will present YOGA for Adults With Melissa Canter on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. in the library’s Shotmeyer Room.
This introductory class will appeal to beginners and intermediate students.

The cost for the introductory class is $12 and participants will have the opportunity to register for five additional Wednesday evening classes, held from Oct. 8 to Nov. 5, for an additional $60.
Preregistration for the class is required. Participants can sign up at the library’s reference desk via the events calendar on our website or by following this link: http://bccls.evanced.info/signup/EventDetails.aspx?EventId=26680&lib=155. If you register online, you must mail or drop off your payment before the class begins. Checks should be made payable to Wyckoff Library.
