Wyckoff Mayors Wellness Campaign Registration Ends Today
10-week program encourages residents to live healthier lives.

WYCKOFF, N.J. - Today is the last day to register for the Mayors Wellness Challenge.
The 10-week Commit to Wellness initiative encourages residents to live healthier lives.
A fitness instructor from the Wyckoff YMCA will monitor participants' progress towards individualized wellness goals.

Participants may use Parisi's Koko Fitclub, Wyckoff YMCA, and Lakewide Fitness Center throughout the program. Nutritionists from local supermarkets will be available to speak with.
A special walk, hike, or fitness class will be held. Participants will be e-mailed weekly recipes and tips.

Meetings will be held Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. in the Franklin Lakes Ambulance Corps building. Each meeting will include a speaker or special event.
