Wyckoff Middle School Teams Will Defend State Championships Soon

WYCKOFF, N.J. — The fifth and sixth grade basketball teams at the Wyckoff Family YMCA will defend their state championship titles next weekend.

The Wyckoff Family YMCA will host the 10th New Jersey YMCA State Basketball Tournament March 3 through 5.

Thirty-five teams will participate in the double-elimination tournament.

"The fight to defend the title is not surprising when at the core of our teams lies a Y sports program driven by passion, dedication, enthusiasm and above all," said the Y's Kris Pepper. "We show athletes how to be a part of something larger than themselves."
