• APS Student Advances to State Civics Bee Competition (aps.edu) — Corrales K-8 students Leland Mazerigo and Bernadette Perlis helped represent Albuquerque Public Schools at a recent Regional Civics Bee, showcasing local talent in civics knowledge. Eisenhower Middle School’s Eliza Sprinkle placed second and will advance to the state finals in Albuquerque on June 13, where top students compete for a spot at the national championship.
