• Man wanted for molesting child at quarry busted at border (vermontdailychronicle.com) — A man identified as a 28-year-old resident of Averill Park has been arrested at the U.S.-Canada border as a fugitive, facing a Vermont charge of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child. Vermont State Police say the case stems from an alleged incident at Dorset Quarry and remains under active investigation, and they're asking anyone with additional information to contact detectives.
