Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone recognized Suffolk County’s newest class of probation officers who officially completed their formal training last week.
“I was extremely proud to have been a part of their graduation ceremony where each of these brave men and women received their probation officer shields and assignments. This particular class is extremely qualified and one of the most well-rounded groups that we have seen come through our department training,” the County Executive said.
Suffolk County and the Probation Department are committed to helping those on probation avoid recidivism by working together to help them realize their full potential.
