Board of Appeals Agenda Features Pool, Nail Salon
Here is the list of applications coming before the village board of appeals next week.

The Babylon Village Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on November 16 to consider the following applications:
- Application of Dr. Mark J. Harris, Babylon, for permission to continue professional use and to maintain a second floor apartment at 392 Deer Park Avenue, Babylon.
- Application of Elaine Belviso, Babylon, to continue use of a garage conversion for a mother/daughter residence at 118 Lighthouse Road, Babylon.
- Application of Lian Sheng Sun, Westbury, for permission to render personal service (nail salon) in a building with livable floor area of more than 1000 sq. ft., located at 126 West Main Street, Babylon.
- Application of Richard Cosci, Bayport, agent of owners Fred and Kerrie Nocella, for permission to construct additions to the dwelling located at 91 Paumanake Avenue, Babylon, requiring variances to reduce the minimum side yard setback from 15 ft. required to 6.42 ft. proposed and increase lot coverage from 25% permitted to 31.96% proposed.
- Application of Kenneth Ryan, Babylon, for permission to construct an in-ground swimming pool at 5 Lighthouse Road, Babylon requiring variances to reduce the front yard setback from 30 ft. required to 13.6 ft. proposed and to increase lot coverage from 25% permitted to 34% proposed.
