ICYMI: UPS Driver Stole Packages From Homes: Police

In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in Babylon Patch:

BABYLON, NY - A UPS driver was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly stealing packages from homes in Babylon, according to Suffolk Police.

Richard Beltre, 30, of North Amityville was working as a seasonal UPS driver on Monday when he delivered a package to a house on Deer Park Avenue and stole several packages that had recently been delivered by the United States Postal Service to the same address, police said.

Beltre is also accused of stealing packages from another house on Siegel Boulevard on November 27, police said. The merchandise totaled $100.
